制備方法

在50 mL三口圓底燒瓶中,依次加入6.85 g (52.6 mmol)四氫吡喃-4-甲酸、9.79 g (82.3 mmol)亞硫酰氯和10 mL甲苯,裝配攪拌子、溫度計(jì)及回流冷凝管。將反應(yīng)體系置于80℃油浴中,持續(xù)攪拌反應(yīng)1.5小時(shí)。反應(yīng)結(jié)束后,通過減壓蒸餾除去溶劑及過量亞硫酰氯,得到7.81 g (產(chǎn)率100%)四氫吡喃-4-甲酰氯,產(chǎn)物為淡褐色液體。產(chǎn)物表征數(shù)據(jù)如下:1H-NMR (CDCl3, δ/ppm): 1.79-1.93 (2H, m), 1.99-2.06 (2H, m), 2.91-3.00 (1H, m), 3.40-3.49 (2H, m), 3.97-4.03 (2H, m); CI-MS (m/z): 131 [M+1]+。
