Ming-Phos配體,是張俊良教授課題組基于非C?對(duì)稱性、剛?cè)岵?jì)及兼具O、S、N、P等軟硬配位原子的設(shè)計(jì)理念,成功開發(fā)的首例Sadphos(Sulfinamide Phosphine的簡稱)配體。該配體不僅結(jié)構(gòu)豐富多樣、便于修飾,還易于規(guī)?;苽洹W?/span>2014年首次報(bào)道以來,已在金、銀、銅、鈀、銠、鎳等金屬催化的10余類不對(duì)稱反應(yīng),以及鎳催化聚合反應(yīng)中展現(xiàn)出廣泛應(yīng)用,充分彰顯了其在不對(duì)稱催化與材料領(lǐng)域的巨大潛力。
為助力相關(guān)研究,本次特別推出包含10種優(yōu)勢(shì)配體的Ming-Phos配體試劑盒,這些配體在一些反應(yīng)中均已表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的催化活性與選擇性。以下為其部分應(yīng)用實(shí)例:
Ming-Phos配體(CAS: 1595319-95-1;1616688-65-3;1595319-96-2)可實(shí)現(xiàn)金催化共軛烯炔酮與硝酮的不對(duì)稱環(huán)加成反應(yīng)[1]。

Ming-Phos配體(CAS: 1906918-20-4)可實(shí)現(xiàn)銅催化的甲亞胺葉立德與β-三氟甲基-β,β-雙取代烯酮的高對(duì)映選擇性[3+2]環(huán)加成反應(yīng)[2]。

Ming-Phos配體(CAS: 2262535-73-7)在銀催化甲亞胺葉立德與馬來酰亞胺、環(huán)戊烯-1,3-二酮及N-(2-叔丁基苯基)馬來酰亞胺的不對(duì)稱[3+2]環(huán)加成反應(yīng)中表現(xiàn)出卓越活性[3]。

Ming-Phos配體(CAS: 2222798-18-5)可實(shí)現(xiàn)鎳催化烯烴鏈狀芳基溴化物與α-溴代酰胺的還原環(huán)化/交叉偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)[4]。
