NSC 694621 shows moderate antiproliferative effects, with a GI?? of 19.2 ± 1.22 μM in SK-N-SH neuroblastoma cells. In HCT116 colorectal cancer cells, NSC 694621 inhibits growth by 29% at 25 μM[1]. |
