以2-(4-(羥甲基)苯基)乙酸甲酯為原料合成4-甲?;交宜峒柞サ囊话悴襟E:在室溫和氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,將Dess-Martin Periodinane(1.5當(dāng)量)溶于二氯甲烷(0.3M)中,攪拌形成溶液。隨后,向此溶液中加入2-(4-(羥甲基)苯基)乙酸甲酯的二氯甲烷(0.2M)溶液。反應(yīng)進(jìn)行4小時(shí)后,用乙醚(0.1M)稀釋反應(yīng)混合物。接著,將反應(yīng)混合物倒入含有硫代硫酸鈉(10.5當(dāng)量)的飽和碳酸氫鈉(0.5M)溶液中,攪拌30分鐘。分離有機(jī)相和水相,有機(jī)相依次用飽和碳酸氫鈉溶液(1升)、水(1升)和鹽水(1升)洗滌。洗滌后的有機(jī)相用硫酸鈉干燥,過濾后真空濃縮,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物4-甲?;交宜峒柞?,收率94%。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3)表征:δ 10.00(s,1H),7.86(d,2H),7.46(d,2H),3.72(m,5H)。
