實施例17- 2,6-二溴萘-1,5-二醇的合成:在氮氣保護下,將1,5-二羥基萘(115.2 g)懸浮于乙腈(800 mL)中。隨后,緩慢滴加N-溴代琥珀酰亞胺(NBS)的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液(400 mL,含NBS 254 g)。反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌,并通過氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)監(jiān)測反應(yīng)進程。反應(yīng)完成后,加入水淬滅反應(yīng)。通過過濾收集生成的沉淀,并用大量水洗滌,最終得到2,6-二溴萘-1,5-二醇,產(chǎn)率為80%。質(zhì)譜(電噴霧離子化,ESI)分析結(jié)果:計算值(C10H6Br2O2)為317.9614,實測值為317.9。
