制備方法

以3-氯甲苯為原料合成3-氯芐溴的一般步驟:在裝有攪拌器、回流冷凝器和溫度計的 reaction flask 中,加入間氯甲苯(5.1g,40mmol)、溴酸鈉(2.1g,14mmol)、溴化鈉(2.9g,28mmol)和二氯甲烷(25mL)。安裝尾氣吸收裝置,加熱至回流。將AIBN(0.025g)和BPO(0.025g)溶于5mL二氯甲烷中,迅速加入 reaction flask 中。隨后,緩慢滴加稀釋后的濃硫酸(2.1g,21mmol,用2.5mL水稀釋)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過氣相色譜監(jiān)測反應(yīng)進(jìn)程。將混合物冷卻至室溫,加入飽和亞硫酸氫鈉溶液(10mL),攪拌至溶液由紅色褪至無色。水相用二氯甲烷(10mL×2)萃取兩次,合并有機(jī)相,用飽和氯化鈉溶液洗滌,無水硫酸鈉干燥,減壓濃縮。粗產(chǎn)物通過柱色譜法(洗脫劑為石油醚)純化,得到無色液體3-氯芐溴6.8g,產(chǎn)率為83%。
