制備方法

通用方法:將硫脲(1.2 mmol)和3-溴丙酮酸乙酯(1 mmol)在乙醇(2 mL)中的混合物于70℃下攪拌反應(yīng)1小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物冷卻至室溫,隨后倒入冰水中。通過過濾收集析出的沉淀,干燥后得到目標產(chǎn)物2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酸乙酯。產(chǎn)物表征數(shù)據(jù)如下:6a(產(chǎn)率99%),白色固體,熔點150-152℃(文獻值149-150℃);6b(產(chǎn)率100%),白色固體,熔點162-165℃(文獻值163-164℃);6c(0.236 g,產(chǎn)率93%),白色固體,熔點179-181℃(文獻值180-181℃);6d(產(chǎn)率98%),白色固體,熔點203.6-204.2℃(文獻值204.0-204.5℃);6e(產(chǎn)率94%),亮黃色固體,熔點287-288℃(文獻值285-286℃);6f(產(chǎn)率100%),白色固體,熔點172-174℃(文獻值172℃)。
