在0℃條件下,將亞硫酰氯(1.03 mL,14.2 mmol)緩慢滴加到(S)-2-氨基-3-(4-硝基苯基)丙酸(0.995 g,4.73 mmol)溶于10 mL甲醇的懸浮液中。滴加完畢后,將反應(yīng)體系逐漸升溫至室溫。隨后,將反應(yīng)混合物加熱回流反應(yīng)過(guò)夜。反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)減壓蒸餾濃縮反應(yīng)液。粗產(chǎn)物采用甲醇/乙酸乙酯混合溶劑進(jìn)行重結(jié)晶純化,最終得到(S)-4-硝基苯基丙氨酸甲酯鹽酸鹽1.012 g,收率為95%。
