在250 mL圓底燒瓶中,將2-甲氧基乙醇(7.36 mL,0.10 mol)和催化量的四正丁基溴化銨(TBAB)溶于二氯甲烷(50 mL)中,攪拌混合。隨后,緩慢加入30%氫氧化鈉水溶液(15 mL)。在冰水浴冷卻下,逐滴加入對甲苯磺酰氯的二氯甲烷溶液(20 mL)。滴加完畢后,移除冰水浴,將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下持續(xù)攪拌24小時。反應(yīng)完成后,用蒸餾水(3 × 30 mL)洗滌反應(yīng)混合物,以去除水溶性雜質(zhì)。有機(jī)層用無水硫酸鈉干燥,過濾后,通過旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀減壓除去溶劑,得到黃色油狀產(chǎn)物對甲苯磺酸2-甲氧基乙酯,收率為95%。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)紅外光譜(KBr壓片)確認(rèn),主要吸收峰為:3468(m),2938(s),2889(s),1597(m),1455(m),1357(s),1184(s),1130(m),1101(m),1018(m),919(m),821(m)cm^-1。核磁共振氫譜(400 MHz,丙酮-d6)數(shù)據(jù)如下:δ 3.20(s,3H),3.48(t,J = 4.6 Hz,2H),4.08(t,J = 4.6 Hz,2H),7.71(d,J = 8.4 Hz,2H),7.28(d,J = 8.4 Hz,2H),2.36(s,3H)。元素分析結(jié)果:C10H14SO4的計算值:C,52.16;H,6.13。實測值:C,52.09;H,6.17。
