Description：Vasopressin Acetate是由9個氨基酸組成的多肽，序列中含有一對二硫鍵，相比精氨酸加壓素的序列的C端酰胺鍵取消，羧基裸露。實(shí)驗(yàn)中Vasopressin Acetate可以起到調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞進(jìn)水量的效果，還能刺激毛細(xì)血管，使之收縮，后葉加壓素產(chǎn)生于垂體腺，分泌到循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中。
Vasopressin Acetate is a peptide composed of 9 amino acids, containing a pair of disulfide bonds in its sequence. Compared to arginine vasopressin, the C-terminal amide bond is cancelled, leaving the carboxyl group exposed. In the experiment, vasopressin acetate can regulate the amount of water entering cells and stimulate capillaries to contract. Vasopressin is produced in the pituitary gland and secreted into the circulatory system.
