Description：Vasopressin Acetate是由9個氨基酸組成的多肽，序列中含有一對二硫鍵，相比精氨酸加壓素的序列的C端酰胺鍵取消，羧基裸露。實驗中Vasopressin Acetate可以起到調(diào)節(jié)細胞進水量的效果，還能刺激毛細血管，使之收縮，后葉加壓素產(chǎn)生于垂體腺，分泌到循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中。
Vasopressin Acetate is a peptide composed of nine amino acids, with a pair of disulfide bonds in the sequence. Compared to arginine vasopressin, the C-terminal amide bond is cancelled and the carboxyl group is exposed. In the experiment, Vasopressin Acetate can play a role in regulating the amount of water inflow into cells, and can also stimulate capillaries to contract. Vasopressin is produced in the pituitary gland and secreted into the circulatory system.
