Description：Dnp-PYAYWMR 是選擇性靶向 MMP3 的肽底物，是由7個(gè)氨基酸組成的多肽，并帶有Dnp熒光修飾。Dnp-PYAYWMR 被 MMP3 裂解，可產(chǎn)生 Dnp-PYA（非熒光基團(tuán)）和 YWMR（360 nm 處可檢測(cè)的熒光基團(tuán)）。MMP3 與 Dnp-PYAYWMR 共孵育 2 小時(shí)后，測(cè)量 MMP3 熒光強(qiáng)度。Ex/Em = 328/350 nm。
Dnp-PYAYWMR is a peptide substrate that selectively targets MMP3, consisting of a 7-amino acid peptide with Dnp fluorescence modification. Dnp-PYAYWMR is cleaved by MMP3, producing Dnp PSYA (non fluorescent group) and YWMR (fluorescent group detectable at 360 nm). After co incubating MMP3 with Dnp PSYWMR for 2 hours, measure the fluorescence intensity of MMP3. Ex/Em = 328/350 nm。
