Description：Secretin Acetate是由十二指腸粘膜S細(xì)胞和分散在空腸(主要是上端)的S細(xì)胞釋放的消化道激素(又稱促胰液素、胰液素)，胰泌素為一堿性多肽，由27個(gè)氨基酸組成，與抑胃肽，血管活性腸肽及胰高血糖素有著高度的相似。在臨床表現(xiàn)中，胰泌素具有如下生理作用：強(qiáng)烈刺激胰臟外分泌腺分泌水和碳酸氫鈉；刺激膽汁分泌；抑制胃泌素釋放和胃酸分泌，抑制生長(zhǎng)抑素的局部釋放；抑制胃腸蠕動(dòng)，并延緩胃液和固體食物的排空，增強(qiáng)膽囊收縮素的膽囊收縮作用。
