Stem Cell Factor (SCF) is a hematopoietic growth factor that exerts its activity at the early stages of hematopoiesis. SCF stimulates the proliferation of myeloid, erythroid, and lymphoid progenitors in bone marrow cultures and has been shown to act synergistically with colony stimulating factors.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.0 or 50 mM Tris-HCL, 300 mM NaCL, pH 8.0 or PBS, pH 7.4, 8% trehalose.
復(fù)溶（Reconstitution）
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).
保存條件&效期（Storage & Stability）
Stored at -20°C for 1 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature.
Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise.

Recombinant Human SCF (Cat. No. F1d0057) stimulates proliferation of TF-1 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 5-8ng/mL. TheBioactivity of Y03801 was higher than other competing products.
