| In vitro | PI3K/mTOR Inhibitor-12 (compound 48; 72 h) exhibits anticancer activity with IC50 values of 0.07 μM for PC-3, 0.09 μM for HT-29, 0.54 μM for both HCT116 and LOVO, and 0.68 μM for HUVEC cells [1]. Additionally, at 0.25 to 1 μM concentrations over 12 to 48 hours, it effectively suppresses PI3K and mTOR activation in HCT116 and HT-29 cells [1]. |
