Our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply exclusively. They shall also apply to all future deliveries, even when no special reference is made thereto. We do not accept any contrary terms and conditions or those terms and conditions of the customer which differ from our Terms and Conditions of Delivery, even if the contract is performed unconditionally, unless we have expressly agreed to the validity thereof in writing or in text form.
