4-((3-(4-(Cyclopropanecarbonyl)piperazine-1-carbonyl)-4-fluorophenyl)(hydroxy)methyl)phthalazin-1(2H)-one is an impurity of Olaparib (O514500), a potent poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor. Olaparib has been shown to induce significant killing of ATM-deficient lymphoid tumor cells in vitro and in vivo.
