向5-碘-1(H)-咪唑(3.5g,18.0mmol)的DMF(70mL)溶液中加入三乙胺(TEA,3.0mL,21.7mmol)和三苯基氯甲烷(5.5g,19.7mmol)。反應(yīng)混合物在20℃下攪拌24小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將溶液倒入水中以淬滅反應(yīng)。通過過濾收集析出的固體,得到粗產(chǎn)物。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠快速柱色譜法進行純化,得到1-三苯甲基-4-碘咪唑(4),為白色固體(7.4g,收率94.0%)。熔點:148-150℃。1H NMR(300MHz,氯仿-d)δ(ppm):6.9(m,1H),7.0-7.2(m,6H),7.25-7.4(m,10H)。質(zhì)譜(EI)m/z:437.1 [MH]+。
