制備方法

以苯甲醛肟(CAS: 56843-28-8,0.121g,1mmol)為起始原料,與納米Fe3O4(0.046g,0.2mmol,平均粒徑約70nm)在瓷研缽中混合并研磨。隨后,加入ZrCl4(0.233g,1mmol)并在室溫下繼續(xù)研磨混合物至均勻。將研缽置于油浴中加熱,使反應(yīng)混合物溫度升至75-80℃。在此溫度下,分批加入NaBH3CN(0.314g,5mmol),并持續(xù)研磨反應(yīng)混合物15分鐘。反應(yīng)完成后,加入H2O(5mL)淬滅反應(yīng),攪拌5分鐘。用EtOAc(2×5mL)萃取反應(yīng)混合物,合并有機(jī)相并用無(wú)水Na2SO4干燥。減壓濃縮除去溶劑,得到純凈的2,4-二氯苯甲胺液體產(chǎn)物,收率為93%(0.1g,參見(jiàn)表2,條目1)。
