通用方法：將CrO3（33.1g，0.331mol）分小份緩慢加入到1-(2-溴吡啶-3-基)乙醇（30.5g，0.133mol）的丙酮（350mL）溶液中。將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌18小時。減壓蒸發(fā)溶劑，加入己烷（1L），然后加入NaOH（26.5g，0.662mol）的水（150mL）溶液。將混合物攪拌30分鐘。分離有機層，用Na2SO4干燥，通過硅膠墊（40g）過濾并減壓蒸發(fā)。
