在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,將5g(0.16mol)甲醇和191g(1.77mol)鄰甲酚加入可拆式燒瓶中。通過滴液漏斗緩慢加入100g 80wt%的硫酸,隨后加入50g(0.86mol)丙酮、221g甲苯和7.5g十二烷基硫醇,混合均勻形成反應(yīng)溶液。按照與實(shí)施例1相同的操作步驟進(jìn)行處理。取樣部分有機(jī)相,通過高效液相色譜(HPLC)分析確認(rèn)生成的4,4'-(1-甲基亞乙基)雙(2-甲基苯酚)(雙酚C)的量。結(jié)果顯示,基于丙酮的反應(yīng)收率為85mol%。此外,通過氣相色譜(GC)分析雙酚C形成反應(yīng)溶液中異亞丙基丙酮的含量,基于雙酚C為0.02面積%,以及十二烷基硫醇的殘留量為44%。
