步驟3:將(S)-Boc-2-甲氧基-1-甲基乙胺(955399-15-2)溶解于甲醇(40 mL)中,緩慢加入3M鹽酸溶液(10 mL)。反應(yīng)混合物于室溫下攪拌反應(yīng)過(guò)夜。反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)減壓蒸餾除去溶劑,殘余物與乙醇(20 mL)共蒸發(fā),得到(S)-2-甲氧基-1-甲基乙胺鹽酸鹽,為淺棕色油狀物(1.42 g,收率100%)。質(zhì)譜分析顯示分子離子峰(M+H)+ m/z = 90。
