步驟2:2-羥基-4-(三氟甲基)苯甲醛的合成 在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,向反應(yīng)燒瓶中加入2-氟-4-(三氟甲基)苯甲醛(5.00 g,26.0 mmol,1.00當(dāng)量)、水(5 mL)、碳酸鉀(10.8 g,78.1 mmol,3.00當(dāng)量)及DMSO(50 mL)。將反應(yīng)混合物于100℃下攪拌反應(yīng)過夜。反應(yīng)完成后,用去離子水(70 mL)淬滅反應(yīng)。用二氯甲烷(3×100 mL)萃取反應(yīng)混合物,合并有機(jī)相,用飽和食鹽水(200 mL)洗滌,無水硫酸鈉干燥,過濾并減壓濃縮。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠柱色譜純化,洗脫劑為乙酸乙酯/石油醚(6/94,v/v),得到2-羥基-4-(三氟甲基)苯甲醛3.07 g,收率62%,為黃色油狀物。
