向30 mL冰醋酸中加入3.9 g (0.03 mol) 6-氨基己酸和3.5 g (0.036 mol, 1.2當(dāng)量)馬來酸酐。將反應(yīng)混合物在120℃下攪拌4-6小時。反應(yīng)完成后,停止加熱,讓反應(yīng)混合物自然冷卻至室溫。在60℃下減壓濃縮以除去大部分乙酸。將得到的棕黃色粘稠液體倒入水中。然后用乙酸乙酯(20 mL×3)進行萃取,合并有機層。依次用水洗滌有機層,用無水硫酸鈉干燥,過濾,減壓濃縮濾液,得到棕黃色油狀物。向該油狀物中加入50 mL水并攪拌,有白色固體沉淀析出。過濾收集沉淀,并在50℃下真空干燥,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物6-馬來酰亞胺基己酸5.08 g,收率為80%。
