2) 將98g步驟1)所得的3-氯-N-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙酰胺與N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-3-氯丙烯酰胺、500mL四氫呋喃及98g氯化鈀混合。在5MPa壓力下,將反應混合物加熱至100℃并維持該溫度。反應完成后,冷卻至室溫,再于110℃下保持3小時。隨后,進行過濾并將濾液旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)至干,得到6-羥基-3,4-二氫-2(1H)-喹啉酮粗品。3) 將步驟2)中得到的6-羥基-3,4-二氫-2(1H)-喹啉酮粗品溶于50mL乙醇中,進行重結(jié)晶,并使用活性炭脫色。過濾后,得到74g 6-羥基-3,4-二氫-2(1H)-喹啉酮,為灰白色固體,收率為95%。總收率為85%。
