通用方法:將Oxone(1.352 g,2.2 mmol)加入到充分?jǐn)嚢璧拈g氟苯乙酮(2 mmol)和NH4Br(0.215 g,2.2 mmol)的甲醇(10 mL)溶液中,并將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下(或回流溫度)攪拌。通過薄層色譜(TLC)監(jiān)測反應(yīng)進(jìn)度。反應(yīng)完成后,用硫代硫酸鈉水溶液淬滅反應(yīng)混合物,并用乙酸乙酯(3 × 25 mL)萃取。合并有機(jī)層,用水洗滌,無水硫酸鈉干燥,過濾后真空濃縮除去溶劑,得到粗產(chǎn)物。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠柱色譜(200-300目)進(jìn)一步純化,得到純的2-溴-3'-氟苯乙酮。所有產(chǎn)物均通過1H NMR和質(zhì)譜數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)確認(rèn)。
