以1-(4-溴苯基)乙胺為原料合成1-(4-溴苯基)乙胺的一般步驟:將600克R-扁桃酸加入到2900毫升異丙醇和1500毫升乙醇的混合溶液中,加熱至60°C使其完全溶解。隨后緩慢加入790克4-溴苯乙胺(注意放熱反應(yīng))。待反應(yīng)液自然冷卻至室溫后,靜置過夜,期間持續(xù)攪拌。過濾收集固體產(chǎn)物,干燥后得到660克晶體。將所得晶體溶于2000毫升異丙醇和1100毫升乙醇的混合溶液中,加熱至60°C使晶體完全溶解,然后冷卻至室溫。靜置過夜后,攪拌反應(yīng)混合物,過濾收集固體產(chǎn)物,并用少量丙酮洗滌,干燥后得到510克晶體。用4M氫氧化鈉溶液中和至堿性,隨后用二氯甲烷萃取三次。合并有機(jī)相,干燥并濃縮,最終得到260.7克無色液體產(chǎn)物,產(chǎn)率為33%。
