在干燥的150mL三口瓶中加入濃硫酸(24.0mL),加熱至50℃。緩慢加入上述合成的中間體(2a-2d,30.0mmol),隨著中間體的加入,溶液顏色逐漸加深至黑色。加料完成后,將反應(yīng)溫度升至80℃,維持反應(yīng)20分鐘。隨后,緩慢向反應(yīng)體系中加入碎冰(100g),此時冰水混合物呈現(xiàn)紅棕色。靜置后,過濾反應(yīng)混合物,并用去離子水洗滌至中性。將所得固體溶解于10.0% NaOH溶液(90mL)中,用濃鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH至4,過濾。濾液繼續(xù)用濃鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH至2,此時有大量磚紅色固體析出。過濾收集固體,干燥后得到紅棕色目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物3a-3d。(洗脫條件:石油醚:乙酸乙酯,v/v = 1:2,Rf = 0.4-0.6)。
