以氯乙腈和三苯基膦為原料合成氰甲基三苯基氯化膦的一般步驟如下:將氯乙腈(10 g,0.132 mol)緩慢滴加到三苯基膦(23.5 g,0.0895 mol)的甲苯溶液(120 mL)中,隨后將混合物加熱回流6小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物冷卻至室溫,過濾收集固體產(chǎn)物,并用乙醚(2×20 mL)洗滌。最終得到氰甲基三苯基氯化膦(15 g,收率49.58%)為白色固體。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)核磁共振氫譜(400 MHz,DMSO)表征:δ 8.02-7.97(m,3H),7.90-7.79(m,12H),5.94(s,1H),5.90(s,1H);液相色譜-質(zhì)譜(電噴霧離子化,m/z):[M + H]+ = 301.7。
