以化合物（CAS:217476-14-7）（61.9g）為原料，在氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)下，將其與甲酸（120g）和甲苯（120ml）加入反應(yīng)容器中。加熱回流反應(yīng)3小時(shí)后，緩慢冷卻至室溫。向反應(yīng)混合物中加入水（300ml）和甲苯（300ml），充分混合后靜置，待其分層為有機(jī)相和水相。分離有機(jī)相，依次用飽和碳酸氫鈉水溶液和水洗滌，隨后用無水硫酸鎂干燥。減壓蒸餾除去溶劑，殘余物通過柱色譜法純化，使用甲苯與乙酸乙酯的混合溶劑（甲苯：乙酸乙酯=9:1，體積比）作為洗脫劑，硅膠作為固定相。收集目標(biāo)組分，干燥后得到47.2g 4-(3-氟苯基)環(huán)己酮（19），產(chǎn)率為93.7%（基于化合物（18）計(jì)算）。
