以2-(三氟甲基)苯胺(0.54 mL,4.3 mmol)和4,4,4-三氟-3-氧代丁酸乙酯(0.62 mL,4.3 mmol)為原料,在裝有大型橢圓形攪拌棒的圓底燒瓶中混合。隨后,向反應(yīng)體系中加入多磷酸(4.0 g)。在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,將反應(yīng)混合物于120℃攪拌反應(yīng)3小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,用冰水(50 mL)淬滅反應(yīng),得到金棕色粘性物質(zhì)。用二氯甲烷(2×20 mL)進(jìn)行萃取,合并有機(jī)層并用無(wú)水硫酸鎂干燥。過(guò)濾后,減壓濃縮有機(jī)相,得到米色固體產(chǎn)物,無(wú)需進(jìn)一步純化(0.27 g,收率23%)。
