實(shí)施例10: 以4-氯-3-硝基三氟甲苯為原料合成4-溴-3-硝基三氟甲苯的方法(g); [0086] 將4-氯-3-硝基三氟甲苯(1當(dāng)量)與溴化物源(溴化亞銅、溴化銅、溴化鋰或溴化鎂,1當(dāng)量)或溴化亞銅(1當(dāng)量)與溴化鋰(1當(dāng)量)的混合物,在芐腈、二甘醇二甲醚(二乙二醇二甲醚)、乙酸或N-甲基吡咯烷酮(1 mL/mmol)作為溶劑的條件下,于160℃加熱反應(yīng)6小時(shí),得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物4-溴-3-硝基三氟甲苯。表11顯示,采用不同反應(yīng)條件均可獲得良好的選擇性,其中溴化亞銅與溴化鋰的混合使用效果尤為顯著。對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,無溶劑條件下反應(yīng)效果較差。
