步驟2. 4-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)苯胺的合成 向1-甲氧基-4-(4-硝基苯氧基)苯(12.0 g,49 mmol)的乙酸乙酯(EtOAc,250 mL)溶液中加入5% Pt/C催化劑(1.5 g)。將所得懸浮液在氫氣氣氛(50 psi)下振蕩反應(yīng)18小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物通過硅藻土(Celite)墊過濾,以去除催化劑。濾液在減壓下濃縮,得到油狀產(chǎn)物,該產(chǎn)物在靜置后逐漸固化(10.6 g,收率100%)。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H-NMR(CDCl3)表征:δ 3.54(寬單峰,2H),3.78(單峰,3H),6.65(雙峰,J = 8.8 Hz,2H),6.79-6.92(多重峰,6H);EI-MS m/z 215(M+)。
