制備方法

以二硫化碳和苯甲酰肼為原料合成5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮的一般步驟:將苯甲酰肼(0.41g,3mmol)、磷酸鉀(1.02g,3mmol)和二硫化碳(0.23g,3mmol)在水(15mL)中的混合物于室溫下攪拌10分鐘。隨后將反應(yīng)混合物加熱回流2小時。反應(yīng)完成后,用1N HCl調(diào)節(jié)pH至7,過濾析出的固體,并真空干燥,得到5-苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮(0.51g,96%)為白色固體。熔點(diǎn):197-199℃(文獻(xiàn)值:199-201℃)。1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3)δ10.52(寬單峰,1H),7.93(雙峰,J=7.2Hz,2H),7.42-7.65(多重峰,3H)。
