通用方法:在0.03 g納米殼聚糖催化劑存在下,將環(huán)己酮(2 mmol)、硫脲(3 mmol)和碘(2 mmol)的混合物在乙醇中回流反應(yīng)。反應(yīng)進(jìn)程通過薄層色譜(TLC,展開劑為石油醚與乙酸乙酯的體積比4:1)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過簡(jiǎn)單過濾移除催化劑。蒸發(fā)除去溶劑后,將粗產(chǎn)物溶于沸水中,用乙醚(3×30 mL)進(jìn)行萃取。隨后,用氨水調(diào)節(jié)水相pH至8,析出固體產(chǎn)物。最后,通過乙醇-水混合溶劑重結(jié)晶,得到純的2-氨基-4,5,6,7-四氫苯并噻唑。
