向1L三頸圓底燒瓶中加入3-氯苯酚(33.6g,0.3mol)、無水MgCl2(85.7g,0.9mmol)、三乙胺(75.9g,0.75mol)和無水丙酮(340mL)。將所得溶液在25℃下攪拌30分鐘,隨后加入多聚甲醛(45g,1.5mol)。將反應(yīng)混合物在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下加熱回流5小時(shí)。當(dāng)TLC監(jiān)測(cè)顯示原料消耗完全后,在減壓下蒸除丙酮。殘余物用10%鹽酸溶液酸化至pH 3,并用乙酸乙酯(3×150mL)萃取。合并有機(jī)層,用水洗滌,無水硫酸鈉干燥,減壓濃縮,得到棕紅色油狀物(18.1g,收率43.1%),該產(chǎn)物無需進(jìn)一步純化,可直接用于后續(xù)反應(yīng)(Byun等人,2008;Uini和Lars,1999)。
