實施例1:1,3-二溴-2-碘苯(II)的合成:在-75℃下,將二異丙胺(0.14 L,0.10 kg,1.0 mol)和1,3-二溴苯(0.12 L,0.24 kg,1.0 mol)依次加入至正丁基鋰(1.0 mol)的四氫呋喃(2.0 L)與己烷(0.64 L)的混合溶液中。維持反應(yīng)溫度在-75℃下反應(yīng)2小時后,緩慢加入碘(0.26 kg,1.0 mol)的四氫呋喃(0.5 L)溶液。反應(yīng)完成后,蒸發(fā)去除溶劑,將殘余物溶解于乙醚(1.0 L)中。有機層依次用10%硫代硫酸鈉水溶液(2×0.1 L)洗滌,經(jīng)硫酸鈉干燥后,濃縮至干。產(chǎn)物通過乙醇(1.0 L)重結(jié)晶,得到無色片狀晶體0.33 kg,收率91%,熔點205℃。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H-NMR(CHCl3, 400 MHz)表征:δ= 7.55(d, J = 8.1 Hz, 2H),7.07(t, J = 8.1 Hz, 2H)。元素分析(C6H3Br2I,分子量361.80):計算值C 19.92%,H 0.84%;實測值C 19.97%,H 0.80%。
