a) 在干燥的氮?dú)夥諊?,?0.81 g (50 mmol) 1,4-二溴苯溶解于400 mL無水四氫呋喃(THF)中,并將溶液冷卻至-78℃。隨后,緩慢滴加20 mL (50 mmol) 正丁基鋰(n-BuLi)的己烷溶液,保持反應(yīng)溫度在-78℃。滴加完畢后,繼續(xù)在-78℃下攪拌反應(yīng)混合物1小時(shí)。然后,緩慢滴加溶解于80 mL無水THF中的6.3 g (25 mmol) 二苯二氯硅烷,滴加完成后,讓反應(yīng)混合物緩慢升溫至室溫并攪拌過夜。反應(yīng)完成后,使用旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)器將溶劑蒸發(fā)至干,得到的粗產(chǎn)物通過從甲苯中重結(jié)晶進(jìn)行純化。最終,從正丁醇中重結(jié)晶得到10 g (0.021 mol) 雙(4-溴苯基)二苯基硅烷,產(chǎn)率為81%。
