將0.5 M甲醇鈉的甲醇溶液(NaOMe/MeOH,7.4 mL,3.69 mmol)緩慢滴加至含有3,6-二氯噠嗪(500 mg,3.36 mmol)的無水四氫呋喃(12 mL)溶液中,反應(yīng)混合物于室溫下攪拌1小時(shí)。隨后,加入水淬滅反應(yīng)。用乙酸乙酯萃取反應(yīng)混合物,合并有機(jī)相。有機(jī)相用飽和氯化鈉水溶液洗滌,經(jīng)無水硫酸鈉干燥后,減壓濃縮。通過柱色譜法純化粗產(chǎn)物,得到6-甲氧基-3-氯噠嗪(436 mg,收率90%)為白色固體。1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 4.12 (s, 3H), 6.98 (d, J = 9.2 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (d, J = 9.2 Hz, 1H); 13C NMR (100 MHz, CDCl3) δ 55.2, 119.9, 130.6, 150.9, 164.2。
