實施例6-式III化合物的制備:在碳酸鉀(19.0g,137.3mmol)和碘化鉀(2.3g,13.7mmol)的存在下,將式II化合物(10.0g,34.33mmol)與溴代異丁烷(18.9g,137.3mmol)在60mL二甲基甲酰胺中于70℃反應(yīng)4小時。反應(yīng)完成后,用300mL乙酸乙酯和600mL水在70℃下萃取反應(yīng)混合物。分離水相,并用100mL乙酸乙酯洗滌兩次。合并有機相,用100mL水洗滌兩次,隨后濃縮至干。所得固體殘余物通過70mL乙酸乙酯重結(jié)晶,過濾后于40℃減壓干燥,得到式III化合物(8.9g,收率83%)。經(jīng)HPLC檢測,式III化合物的純度為99.1%。
