以芐氧羰基甲基三苯基溴化鏻為原料合成(芐氧羰基亞甲基)三苯基膦的一般步驟如下:將(2-(芐氧基)-2-氧代乙基)三苯基溴化鏻(2.00 g, 4.07 mmol)和NaOH(0.081 g, 2.035 mmol)溶于CH2Cl2(20 mL)中,于25°C下攪拌反應(yīng)1小時。反應(yīng)完成后,用CH2Cl2(50 mL)稀釋反應(yīng)混合物,并用去離子水(30 mL)洗滌。分離有機層,經(jīng)濃縮后得到2-(三苯基亞膦基)乙酸芐酯(1.5 g, 3.25 mmol, 80%收率)。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR(400 MHz, CDCl3)表征:δ 7.60-7.65 (m, 6H), 7.51-7.54 (m, 4H), 7.42-7.46 (m, 6H), 7.20 (s, 4H), 5.00 (s, 2H), 2.96 (s, 1H); LC-MS(ESI) m/z 411.1 (M + H)+。
