實(shí)施例6C:六氫吡咯并[3,4-c]吡咯-2(1H)-甲酸叔丁酯的合成 向?qū)嵤├?B的產(chǎn)物5-芐基六氫吡咯并[3,4-c]吡咯-2(1H)-羧酸叔丁酯(107.8 g,0.356 mol)的甲醇(250 mL)溶液中加入濕的20% Pd(OH)2/C催化劑(10.8 g)。將反應(yīng)混合物置于50°C、60 psi的氫氣氛圍下氫化2.5小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,過(guò)濾除去催化劑,并將濾液濃縮,得到標(biāo)題化合物六氫吡咯并[3,4-c]吡咯-2(1H)-甲酸叔丁酯(74 g,0.35 mol,收率98%)。質(zhì)譜(DCI/NH3)m/z: 213([M+H]+)。
