在氬氣保護(hù)下,將正丁基鋰的己烷溶液(6.14 mmol,2.5 M)于0℃下緩慢滴加至2-溴噻唑(3.07 mmol)的無(wú)水乙醚攪拌溶液中。反應(yīng)1小時(shí)后,將混合物冷卻至-78℃,隨后緩慢加入氯化三丁基錫(3.07 mmol)的無(wú)水乙醚溶液。混合物在-78℃下攪拌過(guò)夜。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物倒入水(50 mL)中,用乙醚(3×30 mL)萃取水層。合并有機(jī)層,用無(wú)水硫酸鎂干燥,減壓濃縮除去溶劑,得到淺棕色油狀物2-(三正丁基甲錫烷基)噻唑(L-01b),定量收率。產(chǎn)物無(wú)需進(jìn)一步純化,直接用于后續(xù)化合物L(fēng)-01a的合成。
