一般步驟:向20 mL Schlenk管中加入6-甲氧基喹啉(1a; 65 mg,0.5 mmol)、Cu(OAc)2(4.5 mg,0.025 mmol)、B2(OH)4(135 mg,1.5 mmol)和乙腈(2.0 mL)。將反應(yīng)混合物在40℃下攪拌8小時(shí),通過(guò)TLC監(jiān)測(cè)反應(yīng)進(jìn)程直至反應(yīng)完成。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物冷卻至室溫,并在減壓下濃縮。向濃縮后的混合物中加入水(10 mL),隨后用乙酸乙酯(3×10 mL)進(jìn)行萃取。合并有機(jī)相,用無(wú)水Na2SO4干燥,過(guò)濾,并在減壓下濃縮。殘余物通過(guò)柱色譜法純化,使用石油醚/乙酸乙酯(8:1)作為洗脫劑,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物6-甲氧基-1,2,3,4-四氫喹啉(2a:65 mg,收率98%)為棕色液體。
