一般步驟:將1-乙基-4-(4-硝基苯基)哌嗪(7.5 mmol)溶于乙醇(50 mL)中,加入10% Pd/C催化劑(0.2 g)。在室溫及氫氣氛圍下攪拌反應混合物9小時。反應完成后,通過硅藻土過濾除去催化劑。濾液經(jīng)高真空濃縮,得到目標產(chǎn)物4-(4-乙基-1-哌嗪基)苯胺。
