1. 將富馬酸（20.0 g，172 mmol）溶解于正丁醇（250 mL）中。 2. 緩慢滴加濃硫酸（2.5 mL）至上述溶液中。 3. 將反應(yīng)混合物在120℃下攪拌回流16小時。 4. 反應(yīng)完成后，通過減壓蒸餾除去未反應(yīng)的正丁醇。 5. 向殘余物中加入乙酸乙酯（100 mL）進(jìn)行溶解。 6. 用飽和碳酸氫鈉溶液（20 mL）洗滌有機相兩次，再用去離子水（20 mL）洗滌一次。 7. 有機層經(jīng)無水硫酸鎂干燥后，過濾并減壓濃縮。 8. 通過減壓蒸餾（100℃，40毫巴）純化，得到澄清無色的油狀液體富馬酸二丁酯（36.8 g，收率94%）。 9. 產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)1H NMR（400 MHz，CDCl3）確認(rèn)：δ 6.85（s，2H），4.20（t，J = 6.6 Hz，4H），1.63-1.70（m，4H），1.36-1.46（m，4H），0.95（t，J = 7.4 Hz，6H）。 10. 所得光譜數(shù)據(jù)與文獻(xiàn)報道一致。
