3.4. 4-甲基-1-萘基硼酸的合成: 在無水乙醚(200mL)中溶解1-溴-4-甲基萘(1.5g, 6.78mmol),將溶液冷卻至-78℃。緩慢加入n-BuLi(1.7M的己烷溶液,10mL),保持溫度在-78℃。加畢,使反應(yīng)混合物逐漸升溫至室溫,并攪拌2小時。再次將反應(yīng)混合物冷卻至-78℃,迅速加入硼酸三異丙酯(4g, 4.91mL, 21.27mmol)的乙醚(20mL)溶液。在-78℃下攪拌30分鐘后,升至室溫繼續(xù)攪拌15小時。反應(yīng)完成后,加入100mL 2M HCl,觀察到乳白色乳液逐漸變澄清。分離乙醚層,水層用乙醚(3×100mL)萃取。合并所有乙醚萃取液,用MgSO4干燥,旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)除去溶劑。殘留固體用熱CH2Cl2重結(jié)晶,得到白色固體產(chǎn)物。產(chǎn)率:95%。1H NMR (300 MHz, CD2Cl2): δ 9.33 (d, J = 9.3 Hz, 1H), 8.59 (d, J = 7.0 Hz, 1H), 8.16 (d, J = 9.5 Hz, 1H), 7.65 (dd, 2H), 7.54 (d, J = 7.6 Hz, 1H), 2.82 (s, 3H); 13C NMR (75 MHz, CD2Cl2): δ 140.3, 137.5, 132.8, 132.3, 128.6, 126.5, 126.3, 125.9, 125.7, 124.6, 19.5; MS (CI, CH4): m/z calcd for C11H11BO2: 186.1; found: 186.1 [M+]. Anal. Calcd for C11H11BO2·H2O: C, 64.75; H, 6.42. Found: C, 62.91; H, 5.64.
