以乙酰乙酸甲酯為起始原料,按照表1所列條件進(jìn)行反應(yīng)。反應(yīng)過(guò)程中,除調(diào)整催化劑種類、甲醇用量、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、催化劑中金屬的摩爾比及添加劑與實(shí)施例1的摩爾比外,其余操作均與實(shí)施例1保持一致。反應(yīng)完成后,粗產(chǎn)物經(jīng)7N氨/甲醇溶液處理,采用TC-5HT毛細(xì)管柱通過(guò)氣相色譜(GLC)分析3-氨基丁酸甲酯的產(chǎn)率。進(jìn)一步地,將產(chǎn)物轉(zhuǎn)化為(3R)-3-(4-硝基苯甲?;被┒∷峒柞ズ螅褂肅HIRALCEL OD-H柱通過(guò)高效液相色譜(HPLC)分析測(cè)定對(duì)映體過(guò)量。具體反應(yīng)結(jié)果詳見表1。
