31 Synthesis of I-A-32b
To a stirred solution of I-A-32a (120 mg, 0.64 mmol) in THF (5 mL) was added LiOEl.EhO (81.11 mg, 1.93 mmol) in water (0.50 mL) at RT and stirred for 16 h. The reaction mixture was evaporated and diluted with water (0.5 mL). The aqueous layer was cooled to 0-5 °C and acidified with 6M HC1 and stirred at RT for 30 min. Solid was filtered and dried to give I-A-32b (65 mg, 0.36 mmol, 57 % yield).
