Steps:
1 2. Condensation reaction
A 1,000 ml reaction flask was charged with the toluene solution of the previous reaction, then, 114 g of o-chlorobenzylamine wasadded, and heated to 85°C for 3 hours. After the reaction, the mixture was cooled to 20°C and stirred for 1 hour, filtered, and the filtrate was added with 200 ml of water. Hydrochloric acid was dropped under stirring to adjust the pH value to 8. 5, stratification, hydrochloric acid was further added to the upper layer of toluene to adjust the pH to 5, and then the system was cooled to 2 ° C and stirred for 4 hours. The filter cake was dried in vacuo at 50 ° C to give 96 g of the condensate hydrochloride.
